Returns & Refund Policy – Jireh Designs
At Jireh Designs, we want you to love every item you receive. Because our products are made to order, we have a limited return policy. Please read the details below before making a purchase.
1. Made-to-Order Items
All items from Jireh Designs are printed on demand when you place an order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Colour preference changes
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Returns are usually not required. To report an issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the issue has been reviewed.
